Shipping from United States
All items are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise specified. Regular domestic items are shipped via Priority mail with delivery confirmation, taking 2-3 days. Express overnight delivery available for additional charge. International orders are shipped via standard airmail, take about a week, sometimes more. We are UNABLE to track overseas orders, but have yet to have an order "not make it." It's definitely worth the wait for our overseas friends.
***WE SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT unless otherwise discussed with us beforehand. Any package shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect paypal address we will require you to cover the re-shipping costs.
Refunds
We are more than happy to accept returns/exchanges for non-worn items that don't fit correctly, full purchase price minus shipping cost. This means that all tags as well as hygienic liners must be in tact. We will gladly send another size of purchased item, however, please use size chart to get your perfect size. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of product sale date. All sales final on sale, final sale, and special deals, and most definitely custom orders. All international sales are final. If you do choose to exchange or return an item, you *MUST* contact us before sending, as unexpected packages can get lost in the shuffle or refused at time of delivery. If you are exchanging an item, shipping costs are required in the original amount in order to resend an item. ***Please remit shipping costs to the paypal address listed on your invoice.***
PLEASE note, we are unable to be responsible for items not properly cared for!! There are washing instruction in all items, hand wash cold, hang to dry. If you follow the instructions, the suit should last you a VERY long time. You may use a tiny bit of Woolite with your handwashing, but absolutely do NOT use standard detergent, this is the industry standard for ALL swimwear items.
